<description>&lt;p&gt;These monstrous bitches can&apos;t turn without asking cars to back up from left turn lanes or going over part of the sidewalk. I&apos;ve seen this happen on several different occasions. 
Who actually PLANS this stuff? Is the MTA run by complete idiots or just people with lots of stock in bus companies?&lt;/p&gt;</description>
