Handicap Shmandicap. I once had an unopened soda can thrown at me at the 'Stick when I was a teenager (to be fair, I was fully clad in dodger gear and acting like a jerk); that's the kind of unhinged Gnat fan I'm used to! I know it's tough, being a Giant rooter and all - but shut up, sack up, and believe in your team.

Then there's gotta be some sort of handicap involved. (Unless the Giants are a half game up by Friday night.)

I'll take that bet with you Shane, but let's make it on who wins the NL West, not whichever team wins four games.

Dodgers smodgers. As an official representative of SFist, I think it's only right that I throw down the gauntlet and propose a bet. The Giants and Dodgers have six games left. If the either team wins four or more of them, the other team's representative (Dodgers: Paul. Giants: Shane) has to write a piece about what's good about the winning team and send the some ridiculous item that represents his city, like when two mayors wager over their respective cities' teams in a championship game. (SF Mayor: "If the Niners win, I'll send you some sour dough bread and some crab." LA, [actually, ST. Louis] mayor: "If the Rams win, I'll send you a funnel cake, some androstenedione, and some sludge from the bottom of the Mississippi.")

Hee Seop can't hit his weight. LOL! I wonder what the all time best BA/weight ratios are? The mind boggles.
