Busted in LA Quiz: Don't Worry, It's Not Hard...

L.A. is a diverse, beautiful city with a storied history, full of landmarks worthy of our recognition and commentary. It's also a place where a lot of famous people got busted for doing a lot of stupid things. We therefore introduce a new feature where we test your ability to recognize some infamous local landmarks and identify the crime committed there, as well as the celebrity we mocked incessantly in the aftermath. If we manage to work in another dig or two in the process, so much the better.

We won't jerk you around with this one. Today's question is as easy as they come, but we're whipping it out anyway because it's only appropriate that it be our #1 test. Name the location pictured, and the celebrity who pissed away his good name and flushed his career down the drain at this very spot.
