Actually, there are four. And this ordinance, for better or worse, doesn't change a single thing for the regular big box stores like a normal Wal-Mart (those wouldn't have to comply with the economic analysis). And despite the hype, this doesn't single out Wal-Mart. It addresses any superstores (there are Super Targets, Super K-Marts, and Super Wal-Marts) and the first one to be proposed in LA may not even be a Wal-Mart.

Aren't there Wal-Mart stores in West Hills and Panorama City? That would make three within Los Angeles city limits.
