At the Troubadour, have a rock 'n' roll evening featuring former Blasters guitarist and LA native Dave Alvin when KCRW presents Dave Alvin & the Guilty Men with Anne McCue and Amy Farris. Tickets are $15.00 advance and doors open at 8:00 PM.

At The Echo, experience the anti-guitar guitar experiments of Ratatat with Seksu Roba and Xn. Doors open at 9:00 PM and tickets are $10.00.

Nearby at Spaceland, KCRW welcomes The Helio Sequence, Silversun Pickups and The Slow Signal Fade. Doors open at 9:00 PM.

In film, the Egyptian Theater has a late show of legendary horror director Tobe Hooper's newest fillm, The Toolbox Murders. Set in the heart of old Hollywood, it follows the fate of neighbors in the run-down Lusman Apartment Building. The screening begins at 9:30 PM and will be followed by a discussion with director Tobe Hooper, actress Sherri Moon, actors Brent Roam and Greg Travis, Adam Gierasch, co-writer Jace Anderson and Dean Jones, make-up artist. [Actress Angela Bettis will not be in attendance as was originally announced.]

At the New Beverly Cinema, catch a classic double feature of Dr. Strangelove at 7:30 PM and Lolita at 9:20 PM.

Tonight at LACMA, catch a triple feature of Bertolucci and Disney. At 7:30 PM, see the 1968 Bertolucci film Partner, followed by his 1998 Besieged. At 8:00 PM, there will be a free outdoor screening of Disney's classic Alice in Wonderland; bring a chair or blanket for comfortable viewing!
