Wednesday night is happening all over the place: Highland Park, Silverlake, Midtown and Hollywood. Sorry Westside, nothing for you tonight; LAist supposes you'll have to take a little drive to have some fun—but there's always tomorrow! Tonight's entertainment comes in the form of DJs, some rowdy country, a former '90s frontman gone solo, a local act and a classic film.
A newly restored print of the 1950 film that revived Bette Davis' career, All About Eve, screens tonight at the Egyptian Theatre as part of Outfest. Tickets are $9 and the show starts at 7:30 PM.

Austin's country rabble-rousers The Gourds perform tonight at Spaceland with Mike Stinson and Idaho Falls. Tickets are $10.00 at the door.
Sierra Madre's own Gwendolyn performs with Santa Cruz's The Dying Californian, self-professed "West Coast country tinged indie rockers," and Deer tonight at The Little Temple, 4519 Santa Monica Boulevard, in Silverlake. Doors open at 9:00 PM with a $3.00 cover.
Glen Phillips, former lead singer of Toad the Wet Sprocket, performs solo at Largo. Doors open at 8:00 PM.
Tonight is Metal Night at Footsie's; DJs will be spinning a variety of metal from 10:30 PM onward 'til closing. Footsie's is located at 2640 N. Figueroa in Highland Park.
