After 75 years of business, the old Hollywood institution Hollywood Piano Rental Co. is shutting its doors after 75 years.

The store's original location was bought out by the developers of Hollywood & Highland. "They needed our place to park the limos that drop off the stars at the Kodak Theatre," said Jerry Tishkoff, who has been running the business with his brother, Eddie. "Limousines won't fit in the underground parking they have at the Kodak. So for big events at the Kodak, they park them at our old place."

The Tishkoff brothers are selling the business to a company which hopes to keep the piano rental business going. The original business will officially close on June 30.
